The Kanto–Koshin region recorded temperatures above 35°C at 65 observation points, with Kofu touching 38.2°C, Takasaki 37.7°C and Shizuoka 37.6°C. Combined with the high humidity, any activites outdoor could risk anyone with severe heatstroke. If you plan to travel in summer, we strongly advise you to prepare beforehand.
