Do you provide open trip / joint trip with another group?
No, since we prioritize your privacy and comfort throughout the trip, we only provide private tours exclusively to your group of guests and cannot be combined with another group.
Does Tour Guide Japan have offices outside Japan?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have an office outside Japan. If you want to discuss your tour to Japan further, please use the CONTACT US form and let us know your phone number so our team can call you directly.
Can you help with purchasing international flight tickets and obtaining visas to Japan?
As we are based in Japan, we are only able to help you purchase domestic flight tickets and provide you with land tour services.
We do not provide itineraries for visa purposes prior to tour confirmation.
Can you help us reserve an apartment in Japan?
Other than hotels and traditional Japanese inns (Ryokan), we can make reservations in premium established apartments in Japan. However, as we prioritize your security and comfort throughout the trip, we cannot make reservations in Airbnb apartments.
